App keeps crashing my Pixel 10 Pro XL. I assume other pixel devices as well.

This is the crash report from my pixel. This also happens on other pixel devices because the app is trying to register too many buffers for the camera even know it's already registered to stream 32775. Read crash report below. This could be fixed by just making where the app doesn't request RearMultiFov.multicam. when filling out a form, the paragraph and some selections run off the screen.

Documentation Not Working

Whenever I try and open the documentation, it tries to load the page but then switches to the dashboard instead.

Lost all forms

All my forms are gone an I’m the owner.

Issue Submitting FOH Manager Timeline (Both locations)

No matter when they try to submit it, it keeps giving a message to “Please fix all outstanding errors before submitting.” Even though there aren’t any errors that we know of and it didn’t used to do this.

Signature Field

We are getting an error message that says “only one signature can be saved”, but even when you clear the field and resave it, it will not allow it to be submitted.

when I go to assign an approval routing to a form, I keep getting an error message

When filling out a form and take a picture. After I press the checkmark it kicks me out all the way, app restarts, I have to go back to open draft and some pictures upload completely dark

ROIP 2025 Form

When I get to 50% completion the form kicks me out to home screen and saves itself as a draft, when I click on draft it does not open form, leads me to a blank page, did this about 3 times.

Math on cheese

The math in the morning checklist is wrong its not calculating correctly, also I should be able to upload a photo here because the screenshot option wont let me go where I need o go.

Failure to upload photos

I’m conducting an inspection from a form I assigned myself (ROIP 2025). I have gotten almost all the way through the form, and it stared to show an error message along the top of the screen. Now I can’t upload photos that are required to submit the form. My internet connection is good, and I even tried to upload on my phone using cellular (wifi turned off).
