A New Help Center

We've launched a brand-new WorkWizard Help Center, with all of our guides in one place and a training gallery of narrated video walkthroughs to help you and your team get the most out of the app. Your old help links still work.

What's new in this update

  • A new Help Center at help.workwizard.com, with step-by-step guides and narrated training videos

  • A redesigned View Submissions page for each form, with the same card and gallery views you use in reports

  • Your filters are now remembered between visits

  • Faster loading across reports, submissions, and notifications

  • Files attached to a question are now shown separately from the files you submit

  • A batch of fixes to the camera on mobile, date fields, notes formatting, asset tags and timelines, and lease end dates

Configurable Dashboards

This update brings a more configurable experience along with a round of form and reliability improvements across the app.

What's new in this update

  • A configurable dashboard you can tailor to you

  • Spanish language support across the entire app

  • Optional inline visual pass or fail for forms as you fill them out

  • Redesigned file previews across the app

  • Email recipient fields now accept multiple comma-separated addresses

  • Archived forms are locked from further edits

  • A batch of more fixes to dates and times, Dropbox sync, and integration connections

🎨 We've redesigned the app

We've completely overhauled the UI — cleaner layouts, better contrast, refined typography, and a more consistent look across every page.

 What's new in this update:
 - Fresh visual design across the entire app
 - Team Tasks has moved — it now lives in the sidebar as its own section, separate from Tasks
 - Improved sidebar navigation with search
 - Smoother action lists on right click and press toggle
 - New changelog feed (you're reading it right now 👋)
