Issue Submitting FOH Manager Timeline (Both locations)
No matter when they try to submit it, it keeps giving a message to “Please fix all outstanding errors before submitting.” Even though there aren’t any errors that we know of and it didn’t used to do this.
Checklist Assignments Not Being Generated
Bug Report Hi, It looks like checklist assignments aren't being generated today. So far, I've confirmed this is affecting the Mid-Shift Checklist, Closing Checklist, and Temperature Logs. I tried changing the assignment schedule to today's date, but that didn't resolve the issue. I've attached screenshots for reference. Even though today is July 26, the most recent submissions shown are from yesterday, and no new assignments are being generated today.

Add timestamps when each form item is completed, not just when the entire form is submitted.

Conditionals Auto Deleted
Hi, I was working on a form that has many conditional questions with multiple choice boxes. I started using the calculator to add up all the scoring for the conditional questions. As soon I was done, I hit save draft to save my progess. I went back to editing before I realized that every single multiple choice box under a conditional was gone. I’m talking about 50 boxes that just disappeared. I know for a fact I did not go in and remove any of these myself.
Approval dates in WW
I think this used to be shown within the app but now I cannot find how to view approval dates/times without the original email. This is problematic without anyway to recreate the original email and takes users outside of your platform for information. I have attached a screenshot of the email and WW view of the same submission.
Signature Field
We are getting an error message that says “only one signature can be saved”, but even when you clear the field and resave it, it will not allow it to be submitted.
Won't let me change passwords
Save error everytime I try to change a password so I have to delete user and create a new one

Just a thought. Have you thought about the ability to reply to an announcement. I just placed one and the person it was sent to cannot reply. Or he cannot figure out how to reply. It’s not that important just trying to make the product better with suggestions. Thanks.
App keeps crashing my Pixel 10 Pro XL. I assume other pixel devices as well.

This also happens on other pixel devices because the app is trying to register too many buffers for the camera even know it's already registered to stream 32775. Read crash report below. This could be fixed by just making where the app doesn't request RearMultiFov.multicam. paragraphs run off the screen
when filling out a form, the paragraph and some selections run off the screen.
