Errors when attaching screenshots to forms

I do not have a specific error, I wish I did. But in general my team of users reports 5-10% error rate on attaching screenshots in general to forms. We use a lot of them unfortunately for our checklists which creates additional frustrations for the team. My first thought is always lets verify wifi is being used and functional, which we have. I have been giving my team a variance on WW completion rates in general to compensate but it is not ideal. Thanks for your time!

    Hello,

    Can you describe what your team is seeing when these issues occur? We have a potential fix that involves some older or less powerful devices dropping the app while taking pictures.

    When someone clicks on an upload question, they select a file/photo or take a picture, then they come back to the app. Do they go back to the form? Is there an error displayed? Do they get taken back to the home page?

    If it is the same issue that I am thinking of then we could have a fix very soon
