We have an issue that we are fixing next release where users with capitalized emails are not able to reset passwords

Ok, I see the problem and was able to change her password.
We just did a release that fixes a different bug with password changing.
Make sure to clear cache and refresh the page before you change the password so that you can get the new website code and try again. If all else fails I can do it for you in a private message
